Meet the Chef!

 

 

My name is Tara Williams, and I am the owner, creator and operator of Creole Sisters Catering. I started my business in 2016 with the mission of spreading Creole Cuisine around the world. The dishes and recipes I use, I learned from a young age cooking with my late mother.

In 2016 we were featured on an episode of the Harry Connick Jr. show where we won a competition for best crawfish and sausage pasta. All of this has led us to recently launching our own website where we sell several of our products. Customers can prepare and enjoy these products at home such as Jambalaya, Dirty Rice and Creole Red Beans.
